SHIPPING INFO

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the product and the place of arrival. We will not be responsable of any parcel loss or any damaged parcel by the Post Service. We ship by Registered mail or Ordinary Mail. For registered shipping method, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. All parcels will be sent via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) UPS or InPost (only if available).

For those who choose ordinary mail, it will be only available for small packages. We will make a photo of the package once it's delivered to you to probe that we have fullfil your order. We are not responsable for any package loss, so we strongly encourage you to choose the registered mail service.

Those who choose InPost shipping, your package will be delivered to the nearest locker or a parcel point from the provided address. We will contact you in case we need more information or to make sure the delivery place is the correct one

If you make a large order and the package is above 10 kgs it's probably that our store won't let you select a valid shipping method. In that case, please get in contact with us to the email bellow mentioned.

Your telephone number is required at checkout since it's necesary to fullfil the shipping information. Depending on the place of delivery, the Post Service will requiere a valid ID number of the customer. In case of that, we will send you an email to verify all data and ask for any remaining information needed.

ENVIO NACIONAL EN ESPAÑA: Todos los paquetes se enviarán por Correos de manera certificada. Cuando seleccionéis más de un artículo, dispondréis de una tarifa plana de 7€ por la cual podéis añadir la cantidad deseada de artículos sin coste adicional alguno.
